The role of Abl1 and Il-3 in leukemias

The role of Abl1 and Il-3 in leukemias 32DAbl1KO cells were culture with or without IL-3. RNAseq was performed to check the expression differences between the cells treated with IL-3 and the cells treated without IL-3. Experiments were biologically duplicated.
