GOAL OF THE TRaC STUDY Evidence from this study will be used to evaluate and improve current communication campaigns and their effect on the target population of Male who have Sex with Men (MSM) and Trans (transgender, transsexual, transvestite). It will also help design new activities directed to them by determining factors associated with healthy key behaviors. RESEARCH OBJECTIVES a. Measure change and monitor progress on the objectives of USAIDs Combination Prevention for PASMO and PEPFARs Gender Enhanced complementing approach. b. Determine the preliminary impact of PASMOs interventions among MSM c. Validate factors that have been usually associated with the desired behavior: consistent condom use with all male partners in the last month. d. Set a baseline for the Opportunity, Ability and Motivation (OAM) factors in which the program will work for the next two years

(Male who have Sex with Men, MSM)与跨性别者(transgender, transsexual, transvestite)目标人群的干预效果。
