20 miRNAs were identified as differentially expressed in patients with infected nonunion of long bones, which may facilitate the diagnosis of infected nonunion of long bones. Overall design: In this study, we analyze the expression of miRNAs from bone tissues of the fractured end of the bone in five patients with infected nonunion of long bones and four patients with freshly-closed fractures in order to provide novel diagnostic tools.
本研究鉴定出20种在长骨感染性骨不连(infected nonunion of long bones)患者中存在差异表达的微小核糖核酸(miRNAs),其或可辅助长骨感染性骨不连的临床诊断。
整体实验设计:本研究对5例长骨感染性骨不连患者及4例新鲜闭合性骨折患者的骨断端骨组织中的miRNAs表达水平进行分析,以期开发新型诊断工具。
