Simulation output for estimating pest prevelance through trap catch at the site-scale

This data collection contains simulations for site-scale pest movement, simulating trap catch given pest and trap parameters. These simulations are the data frames used for the manuscript: Gladish DW, Kaye L, van Klinken RD. (Submitted). Estimating site-scale pest prevalence from trap catch through simulation.

This collection contains two csv files: random_df.csv and cluster_df.csv. random_df.csv contains simulation output for the random distribution case as described in Gladish et al. (submitted) while cluster_df.csv contains simulation output for the clustered case.

本数据集包含站点尺度害虫移动的模拟实验数据，可基于害虫与诱捕器的相关参数模拟诱捕捕获量。本数据集所用的模拟数据帧已用于以下投稿手稿：Gladish DW、Kaye L、van Klinken RD（已投稿）《通过模拟从诱捕捕获量估算站点尺度害虫流行率》（Estimating site-scale pest prevalence from trap catch through simulation）。

本数据集包含两个CSV文件：random_df.csv与cluster_df.csv。其中random_df.csv对应上述已投稿文献中提及的随机分布场景模拟结果，cluster_df.csv则对应集群分布场景的模拟输出。
