In the post COVID-19 pandemic era, long COVID has emerged as a serious health concern. We generated single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data of peripheral whole blood cells from 18 patients involved in clinical trial studying the effectiveness of comercially available herbal medications in long COVID. The collected blood samples were processed to remove red blood cells via lysis. Processed samples were prepared for a multiplexed sequencing analysis. Obtained reads were pre-processed according to BD Rhapsody protocol.
在后新冠疫情时代,长期新冠(long COVID)已成为一项严峻的健康关切问题。本研究针对参与临床试验的18名长期新冠患者,采集其外周全血细胞并生成了单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)数据,该临床试验旨在评估市售中草药治疗长期新冠的临床有效性。采集的血液样本通过裂解工艺去除红细胞,随后对处理后的样本进行制备以开展多重测序分析。所获得的测序读段按照BD Rhapsody实验流程完成预处理。
