Disseminated Mycoplasma orale infection in patients with Phosphoinositide-3-Kinase Regulatory Subunit 1 Mutations

Identification of Mycoplasma orale in primary human specimens. Targeted 16S rRNA dual amplicon sequencing was performed on primary specimens from two patients with Phosphoinositide-3-Kinase Regulatory Subunit 1 mutations seen at the NIH Clinical Center.
