本数据集包含美国全球海洋痕量元素与同位素示踪计划（GEOTRACES）北极科考航次（GN01、HLY1502）所获取的溶解态钡（Ba）、镉（Cd）、铜（Cu）、镓（Ga）、锰（Mn）、镍（Ni）及钒（V）浓度数据；同时涵盖经筛选的稳定钡同位素分析数据。需说明的是，仅钡同位素分析工作得到了联合项目负责人（Co-Principal Investigator, Co-PI）特里斯坦·霍纳（Tristan Horner）以及相关资助项目OCE-1736949的支持。
