2022年10月至2024年12月期间,在司法鉴定科学研究院和重庆西部笔迹大数据研究院对电子化签名数据和电子化签名捺印特征数据进行采集。具体包括19个型号的电子化签名采集设备的数据采集频率、压力指标、数据存储格式、感应方式、角度信息、捺印模块、捺印图像分辨率、回显延时等指标,同时采集提取了2048条电子化签名特征数据和1200张电子化捺印图片,研究采集设备对签名形态特征、书写速度特征、书写力度特征等生物特征的提取技术以及电子化签名设备采集数据参数对生物特征反映的影响,为制定《电子化签名采集设备功能要求》《电子化签名数据采集和存储技术规范》两项技术规范提供了重要数据支撑,为基于链式存储的电子化签名生物特征与电子文件融合模型亦提供了重要数据支撑,进一步推进电子化签名与电子捺印的全链条可信服务在全面深化智慧检察建设中的应用。

From October 2022 to December 2024, the Institute of Forensic Science and Chongqing Western Handwriting Big Data Research Institute collected electronic signature data and electronic signature impression feature data. Specifically, they collected indicators including data collection frequency, pressure metrics, data storage formats, sensing modes, angle information, impression modules, resolution of impression images, echo delay and other parameters for 19 models of electronic signature collection devices. Meanwhile, 2048 sets of electronic signature feature data and 1200 electronic impression images were extracted and collected. The research focused on the extraction technologies of biological features such as signature morphological features, writing speed features and writing force features via collection devices, as well as the influence of data collection parameters of electronic signature devices on the reflection of biological features. This work provided important data support for formulating two technical specifications: "Functional Requirements for Electronic Signature Collection Devices" and "Technical Specifications for Electronic Signature Data Collection and Storage", and also offered critical data support for the fusion model of electronic signature biological features and electronic documents based on chain storage, further advancing the application of full-chain trusted services for electronic signatures and electronic impressions in the comprehensive deepening of intelligent procuratorial construction.
