Transcriptome of Lysinibacillus sp. strain OL1 grown in Tryptone Soya Broth (TSB) medium

In the present study Lysinibacillus sp. strain OL1 was grown in TSB medium. Total RNA was isolated from the bacterial sample using conventional TRIzol method with minor modification. RNA quantification was done using NanoDrop. After this the paired end sequencing was done using 2 X 150 bp chemistry in the Illumina NextSeq platform generated OL1_C_R1.fq and OL1_C_R2.fq files.

本研究中，赖氨酸芽孢杆菌属未定菌株（Lysinibacillus sp.）OL1于胰蛋白酶大豆肉汤（Tryptic Soy Broth, TSB）培养基中培养。采用经小幅改良的常规TRIzol法提取细菌样本中的总RNA，使用超微量紫外分光光度计（NanoDrop）完成RNA定量。随后采用2×150 bp测序化学法，在因美纳（Illumina）NextSeq测序平台完成双端测序（Paired-end Sequencing），得到OL1_C_R1.fq与OL1_C_R2.fq测序数据文件。
