Above Proficiency;PASEC for grade 6 using MPL 4 for math

This indicator uses the Minimum Proficiency Levels (MPLs) defined by the Global Alliance to Monitor Learning (GAML) led by the UNESCO Institute for Statistics (UIS) in the context of the SDG 4.1.1 monitoring, which established learning benchmarks across different cross-national and national assessments. This indicator is calculated based on the data from the Conférence des ministres de l’Éducation des États et gouvernements de la Francophonie’s (CONFEMEN) learning assessment program called PASEC (Programme d’analyse des systèmes éducatifs). PASEC's assessments are based on the measurement of skills in mathematics at the end of primary education (6th grade), using Minimum proficiency level (MPL) 4 as the benchmark of basic knowledge.

本指标采用由联合国教科文组织统计研究所（UNESCO Institute for Statistics, UIS）牵头的全球学习监测联盟（Global Alliance to Monitor Learning, GAML）在可持续发展目标4.1.1（SDG 4.1.1）监测框架下定义的最低熟练水平（Minimum Proficiency Levels, MPLs），该联盟在跨国与国家层面的各类评估中确立了学习基准。本指标的数据来源于法语国家及地区教育部长会议（Conférence des ministres de l’Éducation des États et gouvernements de la Francophonie, CONFEMEN）推出的教育系统分析计划（Programme d’analyse des systèmes éducatifs, PASEC）学习评估项目。PASEC的评估以小学教育结束阶段（六年级）的数学技能测量为基础，并以最低熟练水平4（MPL 4）作为基础知识基准。
