# Human Dignity fMRI
## Study Aim
This study investigates neural responses to dignity-related and non-dignity-related stimuli using functional MRI.
## Task
BIDS task label (filenames): dignity
TaskName (JSON): Human Dignity
Participants viewed stimuli related to dignity and non-dignity contexts.
Each trial included the following phases:
- fixation
- image presentation
- intention evaluation
- distraction/choice
- recognition
## Acquisition
Data were acquired on a 3T Siemens Prisma_fit MRI scanner with a 64-channel head coil.
Structural imaging:
- T1-weighted MPRAGE
- 1 mm isotropic resolution
Functional imaging:
- T2*-weighted EPI
- TR = 2.0 s
- TE = 25 ms
- Flip angle = 90°
- Slice thickness = 3.5 mm
- 35 slices
- Descending acquisition
- FOV = 238 mm
## Anonymization
Data were converted using dcm2niix with anonymization enabled.
Structural images are shared without defacing based on explicit participant consent and ethics approval.
## Ethics
All participants provided written informed consent in accordance with institutional ethics approval and the Declaration of Helsinki.

## 数据采集
数据采集使用3T西门子Prisma_fit磁共振扫描仪,搭配64通道头部线圈。

- 各向同性分辨率为1 mm
功能成像:
- T2*加权EPI序列
- 重复时间(TR)=2.0 s
- 回波时间(TE)=25 ms
- 翻转角=90°
- 层厚=3.5 mm
- 共35层
- 自上而下采集
- 视野(FOV)=238 mm
## 匿名化处理
数据通过启用匿名化选项的dcm2niix工具完成格式转换。
经被试明确同意及伦理委员会批准后,共享的结构成像图像未进行面部去标识处理。
## 伦理合规
所有被试均签署书面知情同意书,该流程符合机构伦理委员会审批要求及《赫尔辛基宣言》。
