The project aimed to identify gene(s) involved in anthocyanin pigmentation in rice stem. Therefor the Neda variety (purple-colored stem) and the two sister lines with opposite stem color were resequenced and variant calling performed to identify the genomic region involved in anthocyanin accumulation.
本项目旨在鉴定参与水稻茎秆花青素(anthocyanin)着色的基因。因此,本研究对具有紫色茎秆的Neda品种以及两个茎秆颜色相反的姊妹系进行了重测序(resequencing),并开展变异检测(variant calling),以鉴定参与花青素积累的基因组区域。
