To identify the potential target genes of TabZIP60 that are response to heat stress, 7 days old wild type and TabZIP60 RNAi line seedlings for heat treated 0 or 1 hour were used for RNA sequencing analysis. And to identify the potential target genes of TaIRE1 in wheat seed, the Raw sequence reads of 15 days after pollination seeds between wild type and TaIRE1 RNAi line were used to compare.
为鉴定响应热胁迫的TabZIP60潜在靶基因,本研究以7日龄野生型及TabZIP60 RNA干扰(RNAi)株系的幼苗为材料,分别经0小时与1小时热胁迫处理后开展RNA测序(RNA Sequencing)分析。为鉴定小麦种子中TaIRE1的潜在靶基因,本研究对授粉后15天的野生型与TaIRE1 RNA干扰(RNAi)株系种子的原始序列读段(Raw sequence reads)进行比对分析。
