Modular structure in fish co-occurrence networks - Fish Data

These are the raw fish co-occurrence data used in McGarvey & Veech, Modular structure in fish co-occurrence networks. Data are included for 10 nested river basins, distributed among three spatial scales (HU0, HU2, & HU4). For each river basin, two files are included: (1) a presence-absence matrix of fish species collected at sampling sites (ending with "_FishData" labels); and (2) a file of species' range centroids (ending with "_FishData_XY" labels).

本数据集为McGarvey与Veech在《鱼类共现网络的模块化结构》（Modular structure in fish co-occurrence networks）中使用的原始鱼类共现数据。数据集涵盖10个嵌套流域，分属三种空间尺度（HU0、HU2及HU4）。针对每个流域，均包含两类文件：(1) 采样点采集的鱼类物种存在-缺失矩阵（文件名以“_FishData”为后缀）；(2) 物种种群分布质心文件（文件名以“_FishData_XY”为后缀）。
