we applied overexpression of Dux during induced pluripotent stem sell reprogramming, and we found Dux downstream target Zscan4 family and MERVL was highly expressed, which improved the effeciency of induced pluripotent stem sell reprogramming.

我们在诱导多能干细胞（induced pluripotent stem cell）重编程过程中对Dux基因实施过表达，随后检测到其下游靶标Zscan4基因家族与MERVL均呈现显著高表达，该策略有效提升了诱导多能干细胞重编程的效率。
