The dataset consists of CH4 flux measured by a mobile gas analyzer at three growth stages (PF: panicle formation; BT: booting; HD: heading) in a Japanese rice paddy ("flux" tab) and air temperature (2m above ground) observed at a weather station near the field ("temp" tab). Total flux was divided into two major pathways: plant-mediated flux and bubbling flux ("Plants" and "Bubbling", respectively, in the "Pathway" column in the "flux" tab). Refer to Kajiura and Tokida (2021, 2022) (DOI: 10.2480/agrmet.D-21-00022, 10.2480/agrmet.D-21-00033) for the method to quantify the pathway-dependent emission separately. Air temperature in the "flux" tab shows that of the starting point of the measurement of CH4 flux at each plot.
本数据集包含日本某稻田三个生育期(PF:穗分化期(panicle formation);BT:孕穗期(booting);HD:抽穗期(heading))内,采用移动式气体分析仪测得的甲烷通量(CH4 flux)(数据存储于"flux"工作表),以及田边气象站观测的离地2米处气温(数据存储于"temp"工作表)。总甲烷通量被划分为两大主要途径:植物介导通量与冒泡通量,二者分别对应"flux"工作表"途径(Pathway)"列中的"Plants"与"Bubbling"项。关于分别量化不同途径排放通量的方法,请参考Kajiura与Tokida(2021、2022)的研究(DOI:10.2480/agrmet.D-21-00022、10.2480/agrmet.D-21-00033)。"flux"工作表中的气温数据为各试验小区甲烷通量测量起始点的气温。
