本研究证实,优化非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)的表达水平,可上调或下调枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)中α-淀粉酶(alpha-amylase)的酶产量,同时鉴定出一批潜在的新型非编码RNA。
实验整体设计:针对密码子优化菌株与对照菌株两种菌株的细菌淀粉酶生产体系,在两天内各设置两个补料分批培养重复样本,对其进行RNA测序(RNA-seq)并获取对应数据。
