aO decay was calculated by the following formula.τO = ΔA1*τO1/(ΔA1 + ΔA2)+ ΔA2*τO2/(ΔA1 + ΔA2)where ΔA i : Amplitude of the i-th O-decay, τOi: Time constant of the i-th O-decay.
