该数据集主要分两类数据,包括高可信智能控制器13个模块的硬件FMEDA分析数据,基于SN29500标准对每个模块中每个器件的故障模型、诊断间隔、诊断覆盖率计算出安全失效率和危险失效率,包括电容、电阻、光耦等。另外一个数据集为高可信智能控制器13个模块的硬件降额分析数据,该数据基于器件的各个厂家提供的datasheet进行降额分析,针对不同的器件提出不同的降额要求,分析出降额比例,判断是否满足设计要求。

This dataset is divided into two main categories. The first category comprises hardware FMEDA analysis data for the 13 modules of the high-reliability intelligent controller. Specifically, this subset calculates the safe failure rate and dangerous failure rate for each component within every module based on the SN29500 standard, leveraging the failure models, diagnostic intervals, and diagnostic coverage of the components; covered components include capacitors, resistors, optocouplers, and other electronic components. The second category consists of hardware derating analysis data for the 13 modules of the high-reliability intelligent controller. This subset conducts derating analysis using datasheets provided by the component manufacturers, formulates distinct derating requirements for different types of devices, calculates the derating ratio, and verifies whether the design requirements are satisfied.
