1)Analysis of gene expression level; 2) ChIP-seq assays were performed on two independent biological replicates of W22 in three-week-old root tissues using a ZmNLP5-specific antibody. Antibody against the IgG control were used for immunoprecipitation.

1）基因表达水平分析；2）以三周龄W22的根组织的两组独立生物学重复样本为材料，使用ZmNLP5特异性抗体开展染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）实验；同时采用IgG对照抗体进行免疫沉淀作为对照。
