Bulk RNAseq of Mouse Splenic Dendritic Cell Subsets

Dendritic cells (DCs) are comprised of a heterogenous population. Here we characterize the transcriptomic profiles of mouse splenic DC subsets at steady state to highlight key differences between subsets. Overall design: Mouse splenic DCs at steady state were enriched and sorted into 3 subsets: CD8+ Conventional DC 1 (cDC1), CD8- cDC2 and plasmacytoid DC (pDC). 3 biological replicates per subset from a pool of 15-17 C57BL/6J mice per replicate.

树突状细胞（Dendritic cells, DCs）是一类异质性细胞群体。本研究对稳态条件下小鼠脾脏DC亚群的转录组谱进行表征，以揭示各亚群间的关键差异。
整体实验设计：稳态条件下的小鼠脾脏DC经富集并分选得到3个亚群：CD8+常规树突状细胞1（cDC1）、CD8- cDC2以及浆细胞样树突状细胞（pDC）。每个亚群设置3个生物学重复，每个重复的样本取自15~17只C57BL/6J小鼠的混合脾脏样本。
