Co-assembly of Metagenome Assembled Genome of the alkaliphilic <em>Cyanobacterium</em> sp. PNNL-SSL1

We present the Metagenome Assembled Genome of the alkaliphilic Cyanobacterium sp. strain PNNL-SSL1 obtained from Soap Lake (Washington, USA). The PNNL-SSL1 MAG was obtained by sequencing the metagenomes of two xenic cultures dominated by PNNL-SSL1 named SSL1-A and SSL1-B. Sequencing reads were filtered and assembled into contigs as a co-assembly using MEGAHIT (v1.2.9). The co-assembly of PNNL-SSL1 can be found in this dataset.本研究报道了从美国华盛顿州皂湖（Soap Lake）分离得到的嗜碱蓝细菌未定种（Cyanobacterium sp.）菌株PNNL-SSL1的宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome Assembled Genome）。该菌株的宏基因组组装基因组通过对两种以其为优势菌、分别命名为SSL1-A与SSL1-B的混合培养物的宏基因组进行测序获得。测序读数经质量过滤后，使用MEGAHIT（v1.2.9）进行共组装，拼接为重叠群（contig）。本数据集包含PNNL-SSL1的共组装结果。
