Draft genome sequence of Bonin flying fox. Pteropus pselaphon

Bonin flying fox is a type of endangered bat that inhabits only Ogasawara Islands in Japan. We isolated DNA from muscle tissue of a dead individual. We have sequenced DNA library constructed by using Illumina Trueseq LT PCR free library kit.

小笠原狐蝠（Bonin flying fox）是一种仅栖息于日本小笠原群岛的濒危蝙蝠。我们从一具死亡个体的肌肉组织中分离得到脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）；并采用Illumina Trueseq LT 无PCR建库试剂盒构建了DNA文库，随后对该文库完成了测序。
