Description of the microbiota in epidermal mucus and skin of sharks (Ginglymostoma cirratum and Negaprion brevirostris) and one stingray (Hypanus americanus)

This dataset consiste of raw DNA sequences from microbial 16s RNA amplified from DNA extracted from skin and mucus from two species of sharks and one species of stingray. It was sequenced using the Ion Torrent platform. It consists of .bam files.

本数据集包含以两种鲨鱼及一种鳐鱼的皮肤与黏液中提取的DNA为模板扩增得到的微生物16S RNA（microbial 16s RNA）的原始DNA序列。该数据集采用Ion Torrent测序平台（Ion Torrent platform）进行测序，所有数据均以BAM格式文件（.bam）存储。
