This archive contains selected source data supporting the manuscript entitled In Silico Discovery and Preliminary In Vitro Evaluation of a SETDB1-Related Candidate Compound Associated with Early Osteogenic Effects. The deposited files currently include raw/exported data from two independent molecular dynamics simulation runs, original ALP staining source images used for assembling Figure 6C, and original western blot source images. The molecular dynamics folders, md_raw_data_1 and md_raw_data_2, contain raw and exported files from two independent simulation runs, including trajectory-related outputs and analysis files supporting the molecular dynamics results presented in the manuscript. The Figure_6C_source_images.zip file contains original ALP staining images corresponding to the treatment groups shown in Figure 6C and is provided to support figure traceability. The Western_blot_images.zip file contains original western blot image files used for preparing the corresponding western blot panels and densitometric analysis, including source images for SETDB1, Runx2, GAPDH, H3, and H3K9me3-related blots. This archive provides source/exported files corresponding to the current deposited package and is intended to support data transparency, editorial verification, and figure traceability for the associated study.
