For certain statutory taxation requirements, primarily related to agriculture, the parcel layer shows the full extent of the parcel layer. As a general rule, these adjusted parcels are almost always agriculture (farming) parcels. Almost every other subdivision, residential, commercial, industrial, etc. parcel will explicitly end at the edge of a public ROW dedicated to the local municipality, township or county.出于部分主要针对农业领域的法定税务要求，本地块图层（parcel layer）展示了其完整的覆盖范围。通常而言，这类经调整的地块几乎均为农业（耕作）用地地块。其余几乎所有细分地块、住宅地块、商业地块、工业地块等，均明确以专属当地市政、乡镇或县的公共道路用地权（Right of Way，ROW）边界作为自身的终止边界。
