GFP+ leukemia arising in young adult zebrafish (6 month) were FACS-purified for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. Two zebrafish ALL models included in this study, hMYC;GFP and hlk line, to investigate differences and similarities of leukemia arising in animals with different genetic background. Gene expression profiling of GFP+ Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) FACS-purified from 10 hMYC;GFP and 3 hlk individual fish.
从6月龄年轻成年斑马鱼体内分离得到的绿色荧光蛋白阳性(Green Fluorescent Protein, GFP)白血病细胞,经荧光激活细胞分选(Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS)纯化后,用于RNA提取,并在Affymetrix基因芯片上进行杂交实验。本研究纳入两种斑马鱼急性淋巴细胞白血病(Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, ALL)模型——hMYC;GFP与hlk品系,旨在探究不同遗传背景动物体内白血病的发生特征及其异同。本研究对从10尾hMYC;GFP模型斑马鱼及3尾hlk模型斑马鱼体内分选得到的GFP+急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)细胞开展了基因表达谱分析。
