The field survey was conducted at Xinxue River mCW in February 2017. In this field survey, surface sediments and overlying water samples were collected from 6 sites (C0, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5) at retention pond export (117°9'8''E,34°45'59''N), primary wetland export (117°9'8''E,34°45'59''N), secondary wetland export (117°8'56''E,34°46'7''N), tertiary wetland export (117°8'44''E,34°45'40''N), quartus wetland export (117°8'23''E,34°45'1''N) and fifth wetland export (117°9'9''E,34°44'17''N). At each site, the overlying water samples were gathered with Niskin bottles and filtered through 0.45µm syringe filters. The surface sediment samples were collected with a Peterson mud sampler by taking 0-10 cm depth and put in a sterile polyethylene plastic bag under 4 o C. The samples were transported to the laboratory for the follow-up experiments. Then, sediment samples were freeze-dried and sieved for further analysis.
本野外调查于2017年2月在新雪河mCW展开。本次调查共设置6个采样点位(C0、C1、C2、C3、C4、C5),分别位于滞留池出口(东经117°9'8''、北纬34°45'59'')、一级人工湿地出口(东经117°9'8''、北纬34°45'59'')、二级人工湿地出口(东经117°8'56''、北纬34°46'7'')、三级人工湿地出口(东经117°8'44''、北纬34°45'40'')、四级人工湿地出口(东经117°8'23''、北纬34°45'1'')及五级人工湿地出口(东经117°9'9''、北纬34°44'17'')。每个点位均采用尼斯金采水器采集上覆水样品,经0.45μm针式过滤器过滤。表层沉积物样品通过彼得森采泥器采集0~10 cm深度的沉积物,装入无菌聚乙烯塑料袋并置于4℃环境保存。所有样品均被运送至实验室开展后续实验,随后沉积物样品经冷冻干燥、筛分后用于进一步分析。
