As the main economic traits, feeding habit play a huge part in the output of large-scale farming. Previous studies have confirmed that Quasipaa spinosa can carry out feeding domestication. However, we have a little know about the mechanism of the domestication. It is potentially hazardous to integrate analysis of the transcriptome the discovery of SSR loci relative to domesticated feeding between easy and hard taming Q. spinosa.

摄食习性作为核心经济性状,对规模化养殖的生产效益具有关键作用。已有研究证实,棘胸蛙(Quasipaa spinosa)可开展摄食驯化,但目前对其驯化的内在机制仍知之甚少。针对易驯化与难驯化棘胸蛙,整合转录组分析与摄食驯化相关简单重复序列(SSR, Simple Sequence Repeats)位点挖掘的研究,仍存在潜在风险。
