PASTML results - Mammals diet preferences

We inferred the ancestral diet preference for all branches of the mammalian phylogeny with PastML98 using the Felsenstein81 model and the MPPA (marginal posterior probabilities approximation) prediction method. Diet preferences of each terminal branches were obtained on the MammalDiet database

本研究借助PastML98工具，采用费尔森斯坦81模型（Felsenstein81 model）与边际后验概率近似（marginal posterior probabilities approximation，MPPA）预测方法，对哺乳动物系统发育树的所有分支开展祖先食性偏好推断。各末端分支的食性偏好数据均取自哺乳动物食性数据库（MammalDiet database）。
