Seasonal variation of relative δ15N anomalies (mean ± sd) from local minimum (Δδ15N = δ15Ni - δ15Nmin) measured in F. spiralis collected in Mera (see Fig 1). The line represents the adjusted cosine function (P 15N = C + {a cos [2 π (X-Xmin)/ T – p]}, where X is the Julian day and C (1.176), a (0.984), T (284.6), Xmin (21), and p (0.852) are regression parameters.
