An expression profiling assay comparing dark-grown soybean seedlings with seedlings treated with 1 h far-red light using different organs including cotyledons, hook, and hypocotyl with the soybean cDNA 18kA and 18kB microarrays. Pairwise comparisons of far-red-light-treated samples and dark-grown samples in three organs: cotyledons, hook, and hypocotyl. Each comparison was done with 4 biological replicates with a dye swap.
本数据集源自一项基因表达谱分析实验(expression profiling assay):实验采用大豆cDNA 18kA与18kB微阵列,以子叶(cotyledons)、顶端弯钩(hook)及下胚轴(hypocotyl)三种器官为实验材料,对比暗培养大豆幼苗与经1小时远红光(far-red light)处理的大豆幼苗的基因表达模式差异。实验针对上述三种器官,分别开展远红光处理样本与暗培养样本的成对比较;每组比较均设置4次生物学重复,并采用染料互换(dye swap)实验设计。
