All samples were from Lake Balihe which is a subtropical fish farming lake in China. Water and sediment samples from all 18 locations were collected in four seasons (autumn, November 2018; winter, January 2019; spring, April 2019 and summer, July 2019). <br> Total genomic DNA was extracted using the SDS method. PCR amplified the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene using the general bacteria primers 341F (5’-CCTAYGGGRBGCASCAG-3’) and 806R (5’-GGACTACNNGGGTATCTAAT-3’) with appropriate sample-specific barcodes. Single-end (400 bp) sequencing was performed on the Ion S5TM XL platform.<br>

所有样本均采集自中国亚热带鱼类养殖湖泊八里河(Lake Balihe)。研究于四个季节(2018年11月秋季、2019年1月冬季、2019年4月春季及2019年7月夏季)采集了全18个采样点的水体与沉积物样本。<br>采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)法提取总基因组DNA。以通用细菌引物341F(5’-CCTAYGGGRBGCASCAG-3’)和806R(5’-GGACTACNNGGGTATCTAAT-3’)搭配样本特异性条形码,通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增16S核糖体RNA基因的V3-V4可变区。<br>在Ion S5™ XL测序平台上完成了单端(400 bp)测序。
