Changed Gut microbiota mediate differential regulatory effects of two glucose oxidases producing by Aspergillus niger and Penicillium amagasakiense on meat quality and growth performance of broilers

A study was conducted to study the differential effects of 2 different GODs fermented by Aspergillus niger or Penicillium amagasakiense on caecal microbiota, and further illuminate the potential roles of changed gut microbiota in regulating the growth performance and meat quality of broiler chickens.

本研究旨在探究分别经黑曲霉（Aspergillus niger）与天青青霉（Penicillium amagasakiense）发酵制备的两种不同葡萄糖氧化酶（Glucose Oxidase, GOD）对肉鸡盲肠微生物群的差异化影响，并进一步阐明肠道微生物群的改变在调控肉鸡生长性能与肉品质过程中的潜在作用。
