To better characterize the pathogenesis of hepatocarcinogenesis, we established mouse HCC model by diethylnitrosamine (DEN) exposures and performed whole genome expression profiling. Overall design: Total was extracted from frozen liver samples from vehicle-control and DEN treated mice. Histologic classification of adenomas (n=7), eHCCs (n=11), and aHCCs (n=7) was performed.

为更清晰地阐明肝细胞癌变(hepatocarcinogenesis)的发病机制,我们通过二乙基亚硝胺(diethylnitrosamine, DEN)处理构建了小鼠肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)模型,并开展了全基因组表达谱分析。总体实验设计:从溶剂对照组及二乙基亚硝胺处理小鼠的冰冻肝脏样本中提取总RNA。本研究完成了腺瘤(adenomas, n=7)、早期肝细胞癌(early HCC, eHCC, n=11)及进展期肝细胞癌(advanced HCC, aHCC, n=7)的组织学分类。
