Phylogeography in Response to Reproductive Strategies and Ecogeographic Isolation in Ant Species on Madagascar: Genus Mystrium (Formicidae: Amblyoponinae)

Nexus file from four gene nuclear phylogeny (long-wavelength rhodopsin, 28s, wingless and abdominal-A) of the ant genus Mystrium from Madagascar. Nexus file from 790 bp mitochondrial phylogeny (cytochrome c oxidase I). MrBayes block included as seperate files for each analysis, and show partitioning sceme (by codon and/or gene) accordingly. Phylogenies generated from both Mr. Bayes and RaxML analyses for both the mitochondrial and nuclear data sets are presented as well.

本数据集包含两类Nexus格式文件：其一为马达加斯加钝猛蚁属（Mystrium）的四基因核基因组系统发育数据集对应的Nexus文件，所纳入的基因包括长波长视紫红质（long-wavelength rhodopsin）、28S核糖体RNA基因（28s）、无翅基因（wingless）以及腹-A同源异形基因（abdominal-A）；其二为基于790碱基对（bp）线粒体基因组的系统发育数据集对应的Nexus文件，所涉及的基因为细胞色素c氧化酶亚基I（cytochrome c oxidase I）。针对每项分析，均以独立文件形式封装MrBayes分析块，并同步展示对应的分区方案（按密码子和/或基因划分）。此外，本数据集还提供了基于线粒体与核基因组数据集，经MrBayes和RAxML两种系统发育分析软件构建的系统发育树结果。
