Identification and in silico characterization of novel and conserved microRNAs in methyl jasmonate treated Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) needles

The aims of this study were to identify and characterise microRNAs in Scots pine, to elucidate the role of miRNAs in defence response to methyl jasmonate, and to detect miRNA expression levels and to clarify potential target genes.

本研究旨在鉴定欧洲赤松（Scots pine）中的微小RNA（microRNAs）并对其进行表征，阐明微小RNA在针对茉莉酸甲酯（methyl jasmonate）的防御响应中的作用，同时检测微小RNA的表达水平并明确其潜在靶基因。
