役齡男子意圖避免徵兵處理，例如兵籍調查無故不依規定辦理、徵兵檢查無故不到、毀傷身體或以其他方法變更體位、居住處所遷移無故不申報、未經核准而出境、核准出境後屆期未歸經催告仍未返國致未能接受徵兵處理，經由各直轄市、縣（市）政府依權責移送之案件數

The number of cases transferred by municipal, county, and city governments in accordance with their respective statutory authorities, which involve male citizens of military service age attempting to evade military conscription. The evasive conducts include, but are not limited to: failing to handle military registration investigation in compliance with regulations without justifiable reasons; failing to attend military conscription physical examinations without justifiable reasons; inflicting bodily harm or altering one's physical condition through other means to avoid conscription; failing to declare the relocation of one's residence without justifiable reasons; departing the country without prior official approval; and failing to return within the prescribed time limit after being approved to depart the country, and still not returning after receiving formal reminders, thus being unable to undergo military conscription procedures.
