Supplementary Material 11. S6 Table: DEG lists size obtained from the ToxicoDB database. This table summarize key metadata for each compound such as the dose, exposure time, number of replicates, cell type, cell batch, control vehicle, DEG signature size and metabolic DEG signature size. Were considered differentially expressed, genes having a log2(abs(FC)) above 0.26 and a FDR corrected p-value below 0.05.
