To detect the genes that differentially expressed between dsl1 and wild type at the vegetative stage, we performed microarray analysis using Rice (US) gene 1.0 ST array. We analyzed gene expression profiles of the shoot apices of WT and dsl1. Overall design: The shoot apices including the SAM and P1-P4 primordia were sampled from the plants at the stage when the tips of the fifth leaves were just emerged.
为鉴定营养生长阶段dsl1与野生型之间的差异表达基因,本研究使用水稻(US)基因1.0 ST芯片(Rice (US) gene 1.0 ST array)开展微阵列分析(microarray analysis)。我们对野生型(WT)和dsl1植株的茎尖基因表达谱进行了分析。实验整体设计:在第五叶叶尖刚露出的发育阶段,采集包含茎尖分生组织(SAM)及P1-P4原基的茎尖样本。
