海藻酸盐、琼脂及卡拉胶等传统海洋多糖作为商业亲水胶体,被广泛用于水凝胶制备。本研究首次从可食用绿藻缢江蓠(Chaetomorpha valida)中开发出一种富含硫酸化阿拉伯糖的杂多糖(CVP)基新型水凝胶。该高分子量多糖在室温下可自发形成热可逆水凝胶(CVG),流变学与质构分析证实其具有显著粘弹性,三区间触变性测试(3ITT)及凝胶断裂实验则揭示了优异的构型恢复与自修复能力。

Traditional marine polysaccharides such as alginate, agar, and carrageenan, as commercial hydrophilic colloids, are widely employed in hydrogel preparation. This study reports, for the first time, the development of a novel sulfated arabinose-rich heteropolysaccharide (CVP)-based hydrogel derived from the edible green alga *Chaetomorpha valida*. This high-molecular-weight polysaccharide can spontaneously form a thermoreversible hydrogel (designated as CVG) at room temperature. Rheological and texture analyses verify its prominent viscoelastic properties, while three-interval thixotropy test (3ITT) and gel fracture experiments demonstrate its excellent structural recovery and self-healing capabilities.
