YOSO dataset: in-line holograms from experiments and simulation, and trained models for YOSO reconstruction

This dataset contains in-line holograms: stinkbug.h – simulated in-line hologram of a phase sample given by a stinkbug.jpg distribution from matplotlib.image (z = 3.56 mm, Δ = 2.4 μm, λ = 0.561 μm) phase_test.h – hologram of a phase test target captured with a lensless microscope (z = 3.56 mm, Δ = 2.4 μm, λ = 0.561 μm) cheek_cells.h – hologram of cheek cells captured with a lensless microscope (z = 11.51 mm, Δ = 2.4 μm, λ = 0.532 μm) brain.h – hologram of a mouse brain slice captured with a lensless microscope (z = 1.86 mm, Δ = 2.4 μm, λ = 0.405 μm) sperm.h – hologram of sperm cells captured with a lens-based digital inline holographic microscope (z = 70 μm, Δ = 5.5 μm, λ = 0.635 μm, optical system with NA = 0.46 and 20× magnification) The dataset is prepared for use with the YOSO reconstruction algorithm (_____).
