RNA-seq of Drosophila aging stage 14 follicles

We report the identification of mRNA and circular RNA in Drosophila stage 14 follicles during aging. Overall design: RNA was obtained from stage 14 follicles and subjected to deep sequencing.

本研究报道了衰老过程中果蝇（Drosophila）14期卵巢卵泡内信使RNA（mRNA）与环状RNA（circular RNA）的鉴定结果。实验总体设计：从14期卵巢卵泡中提取RNA，并对其开展深度测序（deep sequencing）。
