Alternaria porri isolate:Apn-Nashik Genome sequencing and assembly

The purple blotch pathogen, Alternaria porri is one of the most devasting pathogen infecting onion and allied Allium species worldwide. In this work, PacBIO SMRT based long read sequencing method was used to sequence the complete genome of Alternaria porri super virulent isolate Apn-Nashik.

紫色斑病病原菌葱链格孢（Alternaria porri）是全球范围内侵染洋葱及近缘葱属（Allium）物种的最具破坏性的病原菌之一。本研究采用基于PacBio SMRT（单分子实时测序）的长读长测序技术，对高毒力葱链格孢菌株Apn-Nashik的完整基因组进行了测序。
