Evolution of clinical E.coli isolates in presence of different non-antibiotic antibacterials

Two clinical isolates, Ecor09 and 707667, were experimentally evoled in presence of benzalkonium chloride and triclosan. Evolved isolates isolated at the end of the experiment were whole genome sequenced.

两株临床分离株Ecor09与707667在苯扎氯铵（benzalkonium chloride）和三氯生（triclosan）存在的条件下进行了实验进化处理。实验结束时分离得到的进化后分离株均完成了全基因组测序。
