将秀丽隐杆线虫（Caenorhabditis elegans）于L1幼虫期置于EC30条件下，分别暴露于硫酸锌（ZnSO4）、原始氧化锌纳米颗粒（pristine ZnO-MNPs）、磷酸盐老化氧化锌纳米颗粒（phosphate aged pZnO-MNPs）以及硫化氧化锌纳米颗粒（sulfidized sZnO-MNPs）中，暴露时长为48小时。采用全基因组全转录组微阵列（Whole genome whole transcript microarrays）检测并比较各处理组间的全局基因表达谱。实验设计：每个处理组设置3个生物学重复（同步化的暴露蠕虫平板），共包含对照组在内的5个处理组。
