将秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans)于L1幼虫期置于EC30条件下,分别暴露于硫酸锌(ZnSO4)、原始氧化锌纳米颗粒(pristine ZnO-MNPs)、磷酸盐老化氧化锌纳米颗粒(phosphate aged pZnO-MNPs)以及硫化氧化锌纳米颗粒(sulfidized sZnO-MNPs)中,暴露时长为48小时。采用全基因组全转录组微阵列(Whole genome whole transcript microarrays)检测并比较各处理组间的全局基因表达谱。实验设计:每个处理组设置3个生物学重复(同步化的暴露蠕虫平板),共包含对照组在内的5个处理组。
