1. 本模型排除经确诊的2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, T2DM)受试者。最终模型纳入的协变量依次为:血脂异常、BMI类别、体力活动、医疗保险状态、接受胆固醇类药物治疗情况、2型糖尿病家族史、性别与年龄。
2. 本模型排除未确诊的2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, T2DM)受试者。最终模型纳入的协变量依次为:2型糖尿病家族史、接受高血压药物治疗情况、BMI类别、接受胆固醇类药物治疗情况、心血管疾病(Cardiovascular Disease, CVD)病史、血脂异常、饮酒情况、性别与年龄。
3. 血脂异常判定标准:甘油三酯(Triglycerides, TAG)≥1.7,且男性受试者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol, HDL-C)<1.03,女性受试者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇<1.29。
