This project presents RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data generated to explore the molecular mechanisms by which MUC5B promotes lymph node metastasis in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). The datasets include transcriptomic profiles of two LUAD cell lines (A549 and H1975) subjected to MUC5B knockdown or overexpression, compared with their respective control groups. The primary aim of this sequencing is to identify differentially expressed genes and enriched signaling pathways downstream of MUC5B, with a focus on those involved in tumor invasiveness, metabolic reprogramming, and immune microenvironment regulation which are key processes underlying lymph node metastasis. These data provide a resource for investigating MUC5B-mediated regulatory networks and may facilitate the discovery of novel therapeutic targets for LUAD lymph node metastasis.
