Genomic resources in Fusarium oxysporum causing wilt of lentil

Fusarium oxysporum causing wilt of lentil is one of the major fungal pathogen in lentil causing huge economic losses. The genomic resources are limited and identification of key genes responsible for its virulence and pathogenicity will not only lead to better understanding of host-pathogen interaction but also be helpful in management of Fusaium wilt of lentil.

引起扁豆萎蔫病的尖孢镰刀菌（Fusarium oxysporum）是危害扁豆的主要真菌病原菌之一，可造成巨额经济损失。目前该病原菌的基因组研究资源相对匮乏，对其致病力与致病性关键基因的鉴定，不仅有助于加深对寄主-病原菌互作机制的理解，也可为扁豆镰刀菌萎蔫病的防治提供有效支撑。
