Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data (version 1) acquired off the coast of California, USA during the Ocean Alert expedition MBARI98_santabarbara (1998)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based Kongsberg EM300 Multibeam Sonar system during Ocean Alert expedition MBARI98_santabarbara conducted in 1998 (Chief Scientist: Dr. David Clague). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Acoustic Backscatter, Swath Bathymetry, and Sidescan data and were processed at sea using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software. These data are included in the GMRT Synthesis, version 1.

本数据集由船载康士伯（Kongsberg）EM300多波束声呐系统采集获取，采集工作随1998年执行的"Ocean Alert"科考航次MBARI98_santabarbara完成，本次航次首席科学家为David Clague博士。本数据集包含MBSystem格式的数据文件，涵盖声学背散射数据、条带测深数据与侧扫声呐数据，相关数据已于海上作业现场借助开源MB-System多波束声呐处理软件完成后处理。本数据已纳入GMRT合成数据集（GMRT Synthesis）版本1。
